Camilla Adams offers massage therapy in addition to the chiropractic services in our office. She is available by appointment only. While she specializes in Deep Tissue she has many modalities  available including cranial sacral therapy, hot stone, Swedish, Thai, trigger point, and sports massage.  If you have an injury or specific area of tension or would just like to relax, massage therapy is a great way to alleviate some of that discomfort and improve your overall well-being.  Massage is amazing for aiding in injury prevention and in your overall fitness recovery.  Massage is also helpful in loosening tight muscles so that your chiropractic adjustment goes more smoothly and holds for longer periods of time.
